MAHARAJA KRISHNAKUMARSINHJI BHAVNAGAR UNIVERSITY The orange, red and brown emblem of Maharaja Krishnakumarsinhji Bhavnagar University (MKBU) has a shield in the centre of which a picture of the the king is placed and on its four corners it houses the motifs of a computer, a scroll with a brush, a flask with a plant and anatomic diagram and a gear wheel and T-square and a traditional lamp.. These motifs denote the courses and fields of education offered by the university; the shield symbolises protection, courage, heritage, authority and bravery and the lamp symbolises light, illumination, awakening, devotion, purity, guidance, protection, hope and prosperity. Below the shield, on an orange banner, its motto in Sanskrit ‘तमसो मा  ज्योतिर्गमय’ (Yajnavalkya,1.3.28, Pavamana Mantra, Brihadaranyaka Upanishad) meaning ‘From Darkness Lead me to Light’ is inscribed.

SHRI SHANKARACHARYA PROFESSIONAL UNIVERSITY The insignia of Shri Shankaracharya Professional University (SSPU) is a yellow shield with very thick blue outlines, which holds a blue circle and a portion of its name in blue. The blue circle holds the motifs of lotus supporting a human head on a base of tripundra, its motto in Sanskrit which is an extract from the Kathopanishad ‘विद्ययाऽमृतमश्नुते’, (Shloka 11, Ishopanishad) meaning ‘Immortality is Gained from Learning’, an open book and the balance portion of its name. ADICHUNCHANAGIRI UNIVERSITY The Adichunchanagiri University is situated in an unitary Campus of sixty seven acres at B.G. Nagara, Nagamangala Taluk of Mandya District, Karnataka. The emblem of the university is a shield with a tiara with red and violet border lines, has the acronym of its name written using a fancy serif font on a background of a globe. At the bottom of the shield its motto in Sanskrit ‘सा विद्या या विमुक्तये’ meaning ‘That which Liberates is Knowledge’ which forms part of a verse appearing in Vishnu-Purana (1.19.41). The shield symbolises protection, courage, heritage, authority and bravery and the tiara symbolises victory, high status, superiority and power.

KNIGHT RIDERS SPORTS PVT. LTD. Knight Riders Sports Pvt. Ltd. (KRSPL). KRSPL operates a professional twenty20 cricket team - Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) as one of the teams participating in the Indian Premier League (IPL). KKR are a franchise cricket team representing the city of Kolkata in the Indian Premier League. The franchise is owned by Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan, actress Juhi Chawla and her spouse Jay Mehta. The Knight Riders play at the Eden Gardens stadium. The official theme of the team is Korbo, Lorbo, Jeetbo Re (We will Perform, Fight and Win!) and the official colours are purple and gold. Its gold and purple emblem of helmet and shield of equestrian knights protecting their lords has an angled and blazing (Burganet) helmet atop a shield and its name is on the shield in gold colour. The graphics and the stylized font are custom designed to give the feel of a modern-day sports fighter.
