DAYANANDA SAGAR UNIVERSITY Dayananda Sagar University (DSU) is a member of the Dayananda Sagar Institutions family. Founded by Sri Dayananda Sagar in the early sixties (with just four students), DSI has morphed into a global education power house, spread over five campuses, catering to the education needs of over 17,000 students. It is operating under the aegis of the Mahatma Gandhi Vidya Peetha Trust in Bengaluru, Its emblem has a bi colour shield in bright yellow and cyan. On the yellow portion it has the images of a book, Mahatma Gandhi and sun symbolising knowledge and learning; leadership and character and shine and remain like a sun benefiting humanity. The portion below in cyan background has an upward pointing arrow with cyan dots representing the institutions under the trust and within it nine upward pointing triangles representing each college. FEDERATION OF INDIAN CHAMBERS OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY A non-government, not-for-profit organisation, the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) acts as an association of business organisations in India. Having memberships from the corporate sector (both private and public), FICCI was established by Shri GD Birla and Shri Purushottam Das Thakurdas in 1927, on the advice of Mahatma Gandhi. It is engaged in sector-specific business building, promotion and networking and is the largest, oldest and the apex business organisation in the country. The FICCI logo is an acronym of the full name of the organisation. The letters are surrounded by four different colours, out of which two colours represent the India flag.
