IEC UNIVERSITY The red and blue emblem of IEC University (IECU) has a blue shield with red outline supported by a blue cross bearing the motifs of two humans standing on white cross reaching for stars, and a pencil supporting these motifs. At the right its name is written sans serif extra bold with its motto ‘The Knowledge Experts’ and its place. FAKIR MOHAN UNIVERSITY The Fakir Mohan University (FMU), Vyasa Vihar, Balasore was established by the Government of Odisha, under Section 32 of the Odisha Universities Act 5, of 1989 and it was notified through the Government's Notification No. 973 dated July 3, 1999. The university has also been duly recognized under Sections 2(f)  and 12 (B) of the UGC Act. The university is located at VyasaVihar and Nuapadhi. The insignia of the university has an open book with an ink pot and quill pen symbolising, education, knowledge, wisdom, ideas, communication and recording, surmounted by its motto in Sanskrit ‘अमृतं तु विद्या’ meaning ‘Knowledge is Nectar’. These are ensconced by a pair of concentric circles, around which on a border with a pair of outlines its tagline in Odia ‘ସତ୍ୟ ସାଧନା ସ୍ବିମାନ’ meaning ‘Truth Practice Self Respect’ is written. At the bottom of all these on a rectangular panel the name of the university is written.

AL-KARIM UNIVERSITY In the year 1986, National Education Policy identified Katihar district in Bihar for special emphasis on development and education. In accordance with the recommendation of Sunil Mukherjee Committee and Mudaliar Committee that a medical college be established in Katihar or Nalanda Medical College be shifted from Patna to Katihar. The Al-Karim Educational Trust, Patna was established in the year 1986 and subsequently Katihar Medical College was established by the trust in May 1987. The trust established Al-Karim University, Katihar in 2018 through Bihar Private Universities Act, 2013 and the University Grants Commission (UGC) recognised the university in 2019. THE RAJIV GANDHI NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF LAW The Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law (RGNUL), Punjab, was established by the State Legislature of Punjab by passing the Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab Act, 2006 (Punjab Act No. 12 of 2006). The Act incorporated a university of law of national stature in Punjab, to fulfil the need for a centre of excellence in legal education. RGNUL started functioning from its Headquarters in Mohindra Kothi, The Mall, Patiala from May 26, 2006. The university acquired approval of the Bar Council of India (BCI) in July 2006 and got registered with the University Grants Commission (UGC), New Delhi under Section 2(f) of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956. CENTRAL UNIVERSITY OF KASHMIR The Central University of Jammu and Kashmir was established alongside fifteen other Central Universities in the year 2009 by an Act of Parliament. Later the university was bifurcated into two Universities: the Central University of Kashmir (CUK) and the Central University of Jammu (CUJ).
