Whereas the elements in the background stand complementing aesthetically and symbolically with the text in the foreground and forming an essential unity in the composition. Elements in the background are abstract images showing three human faces and an icon of the ‘trithiya nethra’ or the vertical third eye. The composition shows a scene of an ongoing conversation among the people discussing possibly about the element put between them that of the third eye. These graphically simplified elements are rendered using the combination of red and white vertical lines or bands inspired from the practice of adoring the walls of temple premises in South India.
