Below these its name is written in sans serif bold typeface. The cow and the plough refers to the earth, nature  fertility, power, humility, peace, and simplicity; the colour brown  earthiness, simplicity, stability, humility, warmth, reliability, endurance, timelessness and tradition and green denotes nature, growth, balance, harmony, environment, vitality and prestige.

SANGAM MILK PRODUCER COMPANY LIMITED The red and blue emblem of Sangam Milk Producer Company Limited (SMPCL) has a motif of a cow placed inside a red patch surmounted by its name is blue and ensconced by red glow. At the bottom ‘Sangam’ is written on a blue bubble using brush strokes in capitals. The logo is prominent and legible. The emblem duly depicts a cow and the produce - the milk in a pleasant colour. The colour cyan represents sky, hope, spring, peace, tranquillity, calmness, relaxation and emotional balance.

ICAR-NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF VETERINARY EPIDEMIOLOGY AND DISEASE INFORMATICS The blue isosceles triangular ICAR-National Institute of Veterinary Epidemiology and Disease Informatics (NIVEDI) has a cow and a calf supported by Dharma Chakra in the background. The circumference of the wheel is highlighted by tricolour arrows in orange, white and green. The acronym of the Institute is written in Devanagari and English below the triangle. The colour blue symbolises serenity, calmness, trust, spirituality, calmness, wisdom, freedom, openness, intelligence and loyalty.

KAMDHENU UNIVERSITY The emblem of Kamdhenu University (KU) in orange and blue has water, earth and sky, three of five elements of nature are depicted by motifs of  fish, cow and bird. The can of milk denotes dairy and mechanisation, cattle farming; the open book denotes knowledge;  the dark blue cross symbolises veterinary sciences and profession; while K and U - represents Kamdhenu University. 'K' is depicted as an arrow pointing to the goals and ‘U’ as a test tube denotes scientific research. Two majestic Asiatic lions of Gujarat signifies courage. The octagonal background ensconcing logo is the symbol of Goddess Laxmi. Its motto in Sanskrit written at the bottom in Sanskrit ‘सर्वभूतहितेरता:’ (Verse 25, Chapter 5, Bhagavad Gita) means ‘Striving for Welfare of All Living Beings’.

NARENDRA DEO UNIVERSITY OF AGRICULTURE AND TECHNOLOGY The insignia of Narendra Deo University of Agriculture and Technology (NDUAT) is a circular seal supported by a banner at the bottom and a pair of laurels on sides. A purple colour circular border on which the name of the university is inscribed, houses the motifs of an open book symbolising learning, education, knowledge and wisdom; rising sun symbolising life, energy, power, positivity, illumination, light and clarity; the laurels denote ceremonies, victory, achievement, hard work and dedication and a pair of wheat crests, a sunflower, a microscope, a tractor, a milk cow, fruits and vegetables symbolising agriculture and technology. The place of the university is written in English and Devanagari on a panel below the border. The name in Devanagari circumscribes the circular border. The banner at the bottom is inscribed with its motto in Sanskrit ‘अन्नम् हि जीवानां ज्येष्टम्’ meaning ‘Food is Life for the Living Beings’.

BIHAR AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY

BIHAR AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY Bihar Agricultural University (BAU), Sabour was established August 5, 2010 is a basic and strategic institution supporting more than five hundred researchers and educationists towards imparting education at graduate and postgraduate levels. The emblem of the university has the motifs of a helical structure of DNA, a satellite antenna, an open book and a cow supported by a pair of laurels of wheat heads and ensconced by a gear wheel. These are surrounded by a circular border on which the name and place of the university is inscribed in English and Devanagari. The cow and antenna represent agriculture and information technology; the open book denotes education, knowledge and wisdom, the laurels denote food, prosperity, success and hard work and the gear wheel denotes interconnectedness; efficiency and precision; progress and advancement; synchronisation and timing and order and structure.

NATIONAL DAIRY RESEARCH INSTITUTE  The National Dairy Research Institute (NDRI) is a national level institute for breeding technology, feeding technology, fodder demonstration, animal health care and animal management but dissemination of the technical know-how. In 1964 eastern regional station was set up at Kalyani in West Bengal. In 1970, NDRI was brought under the Indian Council of Agricultural Research. The institute achieved the status of Deemed University from 1989. The circular emblem of the institute has a gear wheel which houses the national emblem of India supported by a cow and milk bottle at the bottom and a pair of corn plants on its sides ensconced by a border which bears the name of the university in Devanagari and its acronym. Below this motif its acronym written in black and red is placed above blurting milk. SAPTAGIRI GRAMEENA BANK

SAPTAGIRI GRAMEENA BANK Saptagiri Grameena Bank (SGB) has been formed with the merger of Sri Venkateswara Grameena Bank, Chittoor, Chittoor district and Kanakadurga Grameena Bank, Gudivada, Krishna District with effect from from July 1, 2006 with head office at Chittoor. The circular dark blue emblem of the bank has a motif of one Rupee coin above a pair of crossed golden bars forming four quadrants in a circle. These quadrants have motifs of a milch cow; tobacco and sugarcane plant; a tractor and a gear on micro scale industry.
