NATIONAL SPORTS UNIVERSITY
NATIONAL SPORTS UNIVERSITY The National Sports University (NSU), Manipur was set up in 2018. The university is presently functional from its temporary campus at the Khuman Lampak Sports Complex of Imphal. The emblem of the university has a blue and a pink figure representing a male and a female engaged in a sports activity, supporting a traditional lamp, with its motto forming a halo, surrounded by its name in Devanagari and English in semi circles. All these are ensconced by a blue bordered circle. The lamp signifies light and brightness and destruction of ego, looking up for spiritual knowledge. The colours used are cyan, pink, yellow and blue, which are vibrant, fresh and youthful.
