S.A. ENGINEERING COLLEGE The seal of the S.A. Engineering College (SAEC) has a yellow monogram of 'SA' placed inside a green gear wheel. A motif of a factory, sun and an atom is overdrawn on the monogram. Its tagline 'Knowledge Highway' is written inside the gear wheel. Its name on red colour surmounts the gearwheel and its motto 'We Design Your Tomorrow' is written on a red banner placed below the wheel. The gear wheel refers to interconnectedness, efficiency, precision, progress, advancement, synchronisation, timing, order and structure and the other motifs denote the engineering faculties.

ATOMIC ENERGY EDUCATION SOCIETY The emblem of Atomic Energy Education Society (AECS) is an ellipse in portrait housing the motifs of a traditional lamp and an atomic structure. This is ensconced by the letter 'C' which forms a border bearing its name and motto. The motto in Sanskrit ‘तत् त्वं पूषण अपावृणु’ (Mantra 15, Isha Upanishad) meaning ‘He Surya, Remove this Veil over Knowledge’. The traditional lamp refers to light, illumination, awakening, devotion, purity, guidance, protection, hope and prosperity; the atomic symbol refers to its management; the colour brown denotes earthiness, simplicity, stability, humility, warmth, reliability, endurance, timelessness and tradition and the letter 'C' refers to 'Central'.

ODISHA UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY AND RESEARCH The Odisha University of Technology and Research, (Formerly CET), Bhubaneswar was established by the Government of Odisha in 1981. It was a Constituent College of the Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology, Bhubaneswar since inception. The circular emblem in the shades of blue and brown has the motif of the wheel of the Sun Temple of Konark super imposed by a quick response (QR) code in the centre and intersected by a diagram of an atom. On the frame at the bottom of the wheel, the motto of the university in Sanskrit ‘कर्मणैव हि संसिद्धिदम्’ (Chapter: 3 - Shlok: 20 of Bhagavad Gita) meaning ‘Perfection Verily by Action Only’ is written. CAPITAL UNIVERSITY Capital University (CUJ) in Koderma, Jharkhand was established in 2018 by the Government of Jharkhand as per Section 2(f) of UGC Act 1956. The university's emblem features a torch with a flame atop an atomic structure, surmounted by the university's name and topped with a red five-pointed star. These elements are ensconced by a pair of yellow laurels. The torch is an emblem of enlightenment, hope, life, truth and the regenerative power; the atomic structure denotes science and science education; the laurels denote ceremonies, victory, achievement, hard work and dedication and the five pointed star represents harmony among all things in life, with its points providing insight into how we can strive towards achieving this goal.

UNIVERSITY OF JAMMU The University of Jammu (UoJ) came into existence in 1969 through the Kashmir and Jammu Universities Act 1969 following bifurcation of the erstwhile University of Jammu and Kashmir. The circular emblem of the university has an open book supporting a lotus with a background of mountains and surmounted by atomic structure. These are ensconced by a yellow circular border which carries its motto in Sanskrit ‘तमसो मा ज्योतिर्गमय’ (Yajnavalkya,1.3.28, Pavamana Mantra, Brihadaranyaka Upanishad) meaning ‘From Darkness Lead me to Light’ on one side and its name in Kashmiri on the other side. GOA UNIVERSITY Goa University (GU) has three campuses in Panaji, Margao and Vasco da Gama. Its history dates back to the 17th century, when the Portuguese established the first university courses in Goa. However, it wasn't until after Goa was annexed by India that the university was consolidated, with the University of Mumbai establishing the Centre for Postgraduate Instruction and Research (CPIR) in Panaji in 1962. The present university was established under the Goa University Act of 1984 (Act No. 7 of 1984) and commenced operations on June 1, 1985 replacing the CPIR. HOMI BHABHA NATIONAL INSTITUTE The Homi Bhabha National Institute (HBNI) was established in 2005 under Section 3 of the UGC Act. HBNI has centres in Mumbai, Kalpakkam, Indore, Kolkata, Gandhinagar, Bhubaneswar, Allahabad and Chennai as its constituent institutions and an off-campus centre in Bhubaneswar. The emblem of the institute has a monogram of its acronym depicted as a butterfly supporting the red glowing rays depicting nuclear fuel rods and crested by a structure of an atom. Gujral Punjab Technical University (IKGPTU) was established by an Act of State Legislature on January 16, 1997, to promote technical, management and pharmaceutical education in the State. It got its current name in 2015. UNIVERSITY OF HYDERABAD The University of Hyderabad (Hydarāvād visvavidyālayamu) is a top ranking public Central research university located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Founded in 1974, this mostly residential campus has more than five thousand students and four hundred faculty, from several disciplines. It has a red circular emblem supported by a banner. The emblem has motifs of an atom and energy depicted on an open book and nuclear energy and its radiation ensconced in a circle. These are circumscribed by a banner above by its name. At the bottom, on a banner its motto is written Sanskrit. It is quoted from a verse of Vishnu Purana (1.19.41). The motto is ‘सा विद्या या विमुक्तये’ meaning ‘Education Leads to Liberation’.
