DEPARTMENT OF TOURISM AND CIVIL AVIATION, GOVERNMENT OF HIMACHAL PRADESH The emblem of the Department of Tourism and Civil Aviation, Government of Himachal Pradesh (DTCA,HP) has a portion of an apple and two pine trees surmounted by peaks of mountains and crested by sun. These are supported by its name ‘Himachal Tourism’. The red, green, yellow and black coloured insignia aptly informs the viewer about what the State has to offer to a tourist. The logo is interesting, unique and attractive.

UTTAR PRADESH GLOBAL INVESTORS SUMMIT 2023 Uttar Pradesh Global Investors Summit (UPGIS) 2023 scheduled from  February 10-12, 2023 at Lucknow, is the flagship investment summit of the Government of Uttar Pradesh. The logo for the event is pink and purple dominating multi-element graphic design. It has a monogram of ‘UP’ with diagonally upward pointing arrows, ‘Global’ is written with ‘o’ as a globe and ‘Investors Summit’ in sans serif bold. The dates and the tagline are written in black sans serif condensed type.

The emblem of NIT Arunachal Pradesh depicts the value and aim of education and at the same time glorifies the natural beauty of Arunachal Pradesh. NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY ANDHRA PRADESH National Institute of Technology, Andhra Pradesh (NIT AP) is the thirty-first institution among the chain of NITs started by the Government of India. NIT Andhra Pradesh was established in the state of Andhra Pradesh recently in the academic year 2015-2016. Its circular emblem has a ‘Poorna Kumbham’ or ‘Kalasha’ which means ‘full or complete vessel’ when the pot is referred to as the Kalasha. The Purna-Kalasha is considered a symbol of abundance and "source of life" in the Vedas. Purna-Kumbha is a Vedic motif, known from the time of Rigveda. It is held above the lotus, which is supported by a book and a pair of laurels of cereal on both the sides. These are ensconced in a circle, which is closed by a circular gear wheel, on which the name of the institute in Hindi and English and its tagline ‘श्रमेव जयते’ meaning ‘Hard Work Triumphs’ are written.

UTTAR PRADESH MERO RAIL CORPORATION Uttar Pradesh Rail Corporation (UPMRC) is a joint venture company, which operates the Lucknow Metro and Kanpur Metro. The other metro projects like Agra Metro, Meerut Metro, Varanasi Metro, Allahabad Metro, Gorakhpur Metro and Jhansi Metro, in the State of Uttar Pradesh are also under the ambit of UPMRC. The Noida Metro is operated by Noida Metro Rail Corporation (MRC). LMRC was formed as a Special Purpose Vehicle by the Government of Uttar Pradesh in 2013 to build and operate Lucknow Metro. In 2017, the Lucknow Metro was inaugurated and opened to the public and in 2021, the Kanpur Metro was opened. Kanpur Metro was the fastest built and commissioned metro system in the world built in 24 months. Its emblem was designed by Pooja Yadav in brown using alphabet ‘M’, connectivity grid and historical Rumi Darwaza and the text below uses Gotham Bold and Gotham Book in grey.
