COOCH BEHAR PANCHANAN BARMA UNIVERSITY The emblem of the Cooch Behar Panchanan Barma University (CBPBU) has a blue circular panel holding the motifs of an open book supporting a conch or Shankh. Below this four cyan colour swooshes holds the name of the university in black. These four strokes represent the rivers of Teesta, Jaldhaka, Jorda, Kaljani, Raidak, Gadadhar and Ghargharia, which flow in Cooch Behar. The open book symbolises knowledge, education and wisdom; the conch or Shankh  which is a sacred object in Hinduism and Buddhism and it is a symbol of Vishnu, the God of Preservation and the colour blue symbolises serenity, calmness, trust, spirituality, calmness, wisdom, freedom, openness, intelligence and loyalty.

The palm represents the palm of the teacher, which acts, promises and guides the students to reach for the seven stars. The seven stars signify the 'Saptarishis Gyana Mandal’ the Great Bear – a constellation made up of seven stars in the sky, each signifying a particular knowledge domain. The logo of the academy in cyan and blue has a bold ‘C’ formed from the segment of a circle in cyan with its counter forming a square, one half of it in white and the other half in dark blue. Its name and status is written on its right side. SRI BALAJI UNIVERSITY Sri Balaji Society (SBS) was established in the year 1998 by Late Professor Dr. (Col) A. Balasubramanian who was also the Chancellor of Sri Balaji University Pune (SBU). The institution achieved the status of a university in 2019. The university logo has an image of Lord Balaji in white colour on a blue oval background. It is ensconced in a thick border of cyan colour which bears its name and place. The colour blue symbolises serenity, calmness, trust, spirituality, calmness, wisdom, freedom, openness, intelligence and loyalty. Oval shape represents uniqueness and individuality, as well as pushing boundaries while still respecting and honouring tradition. Because the oval is the shape of an egg, this shape also symbolises fertility, rebirth and family. </

It was conferred Deemed to be University status in 2001. The emblem in cyan and blue colours of the university has a glowing ‘Vel’ - the spear of Lord Shanmuga as its central motif. WEST BENGAL UNIVERSITY OF TEACHERS, TRAINING, EDUCATION PLANNING AND ADMINISTRATION The West Bengal University of Teachers, Training, Education Planning and Administration (WBUTTEPA) was established on January 16, 2015. The emblem of the university in blue and cyan has a globe supporting an open book with images of a silhouetted face of human with highlighted brain and map of the State of West Bengal; crested by a mortarboard hat and supported by a pair of laurels. All these are ensconced in a circular border with its name and year of establishment written on it. SHRI LAL BAHADUR SHASTRI NATIONAL SANSKRIT UNIVERSITY The Akhil Bharatiya Sanskrit Sahitya Sammelan established a Sanskrit Vidyapeetha at Delhi on the auspicious day of Vijaya Dashmi on October 8, 1962. Akhil Bharatiya Sanskrit Vidyapeetha was established with the late Prime Minister Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri as its Founder President. It was declared October 2, 1966 that the Vidyapeetha would henceforth be known as Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeetha. On April 1, 1967, the Vidyapeetha was taken over by the Government of India and on December 21, 1970, it became a constituent of the Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan, a registered autonomous Society and was named as Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri Kendriya Sanskrit Vidyapeetha. The Government of India on the recommendations of the University Grants Commision, granted the status of a Deemed to be University to the Vidyapeetha in November 1987.
