MAULANA AZAD NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY BHOPAL Maulana Azad College of Technology (MACT) started functioning in 1960 at Government S.V. Polytechnic with an intake of 120 students and seven faculty members. The Institute is named after the renowned educationist and scholar, Maulana Abul Kalam Azad, former Union Education Minister of India. Its emblem in yellow, blue and red colours has three eccentric circles all touching at the bottom has the Great Stupa of Sanchi with its entrance as motif. This is surrounded by a gear wheel and its name in English. All these are ensconced by another circle with its name in Hindi supported by a pair of laurels. Its motto ‘विद्या परं भूषणम्’ meaning ‘Knowledge is the Supreme Ornament’ is written on the the pedestal holding all these.

INDIAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY JAMMU The Indian Institute of Technology Jammu was inaugurated on August 6, 2016 in Paloura, Jammu. The institute is located in the crown of India - Jammu and Kashmir. The logo gives prominence to the map as it brilliantly speaks about its origin and establishment. The striking splash of the sunlight is designed to form the map. NATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) is a statutory public body constituted on October 12, 1993, under the Protection of Human Rights Ordinance, formed on September 28, 1993. The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) of India is responsible for the protection and promotion of human rights, as defined by the Act i.e., ‘Rights relating to life, liberty, equality and dignity of the individual guaranteed by the constitution or embodied in the international covenants'. NHRC’s composition enjoys a robust legal fortitude, with a panel that features former judges of the Supreme Court, High Court and people experienced in human rights policy and execution. The logo for NHRC is an abstract mark logo comprising of a graphic and a Sanskrit proverb written in Devanagari script just beneath the graphic. The proverb is सर्वे भवन्तु सुखिनः, which means ‘May all live happily’.

INDIAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY BOMBAY Established in 1958, the second of its kind, IIT Bombay was the first to be set up with foreign assistance. The funds from UNESCO came as Roubles from the then Soviet Union. In 1961 Parliament decreed the IITs as 'Institutes of National Importance'. Located in Powai, one of the northern suburbs of Mumbai, the residents of the institute reap the advantage of being in the busy financial capital of India, while at the same time enjoying the serenity of a campus known for its natural beauty. Its blue colour emblem has a lotus supported by a book and ensconced by a partial gear, which bears its name in Devanagari and English. SUPREME COURT OF INDIA The emblem of Supreme Court of India (SC) has Sarnath Lion on a pedestal upholding Dharmachakra which is supported by a slogan on a banner. Its design is reproduced from the wheel that appears on the abacus of the Sarnath Lion capital of Ashoka with 32 spokes. The inscription at the bottom in a white banner in Sanskrit ‘Yatodharmastato Jayah’ means – ‘Truth alone I uphold’.
