AFCONS INFRASTRUCTURE LIMITED In 1959 Afcon started as a civil construction company in partnership with Rodio Foundation Engineering, Switzerland and Hazarat and Company ,India. It changed its name to Asia Foundations and Constructions limited in 1976. It changed its name to Afcons Infrastructure Ltd. (AFL) in 1997. It was acquired by Shapoorji Pallonji & Company Pvt. Ltd., acquired majority stakes in 2000. Afcons is a construction and engineering company based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The company provides infrastructure services and is involved in the construction of infrastructure projects such as viaducts, flyovers, metros, bridges, pipelines, roads, ports, barrages, oil and gas projects etc. Afcons is a subsidiary of the Indian business conglomerate Shapoorji Pallonji Group who acquired the company in 2000. SUNDARAM FASTENERS LIMITED Sundram Fasteners Limited is part of the TVS Group of companies. Founded in 1911 by T.V. Sundaram Iyengar, TVS has grown rapidly, expanding its portfolio to become India’s largest automotive component manufacturer. Started in 1966, Sundram Fasteners Limited has grown into a global leader, manufacturing critical, high precision components for the automotive, infrastructure, windmill and aviation sectors. Its logo is in the form of a tag - a patch of dark blue rectangle in portrait format with its emblem in the form of a head of a bolt placed at the bottom edge. SREI INFRASTRUCTURE FINANCE LIMITED Srei Infrastructure Finance Limited (SIFL) started operations in 1989.  For over 30 years, it had successfully offered solutions to its customers in Asset Finance and Leasing in the infrastructure sector. It was the most significant player in its segment. On October 4, 2021, the Reserve Bank of India superseded the boards of Srei Infrastructure Finance Limited (SIFL) & Srei Equipment Finance Limited (SEFL). The apex bank appointed former Chief General Manager, Bank of Baroda, Mr Rajneesh Sharma as the Administrator for SIFL & SEFL. RBI also appointed a three-member advisory committee to assist Mr Sharma.
