GANDHI INSTITUTE FOR EDUCATION & TECHNOLOGY (GIET) The emblem of Gandhi Institute For Education & Technology (GIET) features a red gear wheel inscribed with the name and place of the college. The counter of the wheel houses the motifs of a protractor, a spanner, a computer, a pair of transmission poles with lines, a satellite dish antenna and a theodolite. Below the gearwheel, on a banner, the motto of the college ‘Knowledge Innovation Excellence’. The gearwheel denotes technology, engineering, interconnectedness, efficiency, precision, progress, advancement, synchronisation, timing, order and structure; and the other motifs refer to the different subject disciplines of engineering.
