INVESTOR EDUCATION AND PROTECTION FUND
Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) is for promotion of investors’ awareness and protection of the interests of investors. IEPF is a platform to promote awareness and it does not offer any investment advice or evaluation. IEPF was established under Section 205C (Establishment of Investor Education and Protection Fund) Act. Investor Education and Protection Fund (awareness and protection of investors) Rules, 2001 stipulate the activities related to investors’ education, awareness and protection for which the financial sanction can be provided under IEPF. Its logo in blue colour has three persons in silhoutte along with two piles of money are supported by a pen and guarding hands. It is ensconced by its name and its acronym is written in at the bottom.

It also provides one GB storage space to each account to upload scanned copies of legacy documents. Its emblem in purple colour has a cloud with a keyhole with a background of a document.
