INDIAN INSTITUTE OF GEMS AND JEWELLERY
The Indian Institute of Gems and Jewellery (IIGJ) is a project of the Gems and Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC) sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India. IIGJ is a non-profit organization committed to excellence in education. The IIGJ is one of its kind in the country and has been set up to encourage the youth of today to consider a significant career in the gems and jewellery industry. A black and metallic green emblem of shining star studded with a gem is its emblem and its acronym is written in black with bold fine serif typeface resembling fine ornamental cuts and sparking diamonds form the dots of I, I and J. Its name is written below in black.

UTTARANCHAL UNIVERSITY Uttaranchal University has come a long way since its inception in 2013 providing world class multidisciplinary education. The university's mission is to inculcate the essence of the Sanskrit Shloka ‘पदं हि सर्वत्र गुणैर्निधीयते’ meaning ‘Good Qualities Put their Footprints Everywhere’. The logo of the university has a blue and green abstract pictorial of ‘U’ and on its right a wordmark of its name in capitals thin serif letters with smooth transition of strokes. The counter of the ‘U’ is filled blue and a stroke of blue and green flows across diagonally from left to right top. This is further cut out by another ‘U’ at the top right corner. The colour blue represents serenity, calmness, trust, spirituality, calmness, wisdom, freedom, openness, intelligence and loyalty and the colour green denotes life, production, fertility, agriculture, environment and nature. SHIVALIK COLLEGE OF EDUCATION, UDHAMPUR (SCE UDHAMPUR) The emblem of Shivalik College of Education, Udhampur (SCE Udhampur) features a yellow circle with a red shield inscribed with the motifs of a flaming torch, a scroll, a mortarboard hat, flowing waters and rising sun over a blue sky. The shield is supported by a pair of twigs with red flowers on sides, the name of the university and the name of the place. The assemblage is placed within a blue banner inscribed with the name of the college. The circle is surmounted by the name of the college on the right. The motto of the college ‘From Darkness to Light’ is inscribed on a banner placed below the circle. The fountain pen and pencil represent the instruments of writing, literacy and formal education. The open book is a classic symbol of knowledge, accessible learning and continuous study.
