HOMI BHABHA NATIONAL INSTITUTE

The Homi Bhabha National Institute (HBNI) was established in 2005 under Section 3 of the UGC Act. HBNI has centres in Mumbai, Kalpakkam, Indore, Kolkata, Gandhinagar, Bhubaneswar, Allahabad and Chennai as its constituent institutions and an off-campus centre in Bhubaneswar. The emblem of the institute has a monogram of its acronym depicted as a butterfly supporting the red glowing rays depicting nuclear fuel rods and crested by a structure of an atom. All these are ensconced in a white border with red outlines carrying the name of the institute in Devanagari and English. The atomic structure symbolises the core domain of the university and the butterfly symbolises transformation, change, rebirth and renewal.

RAJMATA VIJAYARAJE SCINDIA KRISHI VISHWA VIDYALAYA The Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia Krishi Vishwavidyalaya, Gwalior was established by Government of Madhya Pradesh on August 19, 2008 by bifurcating the JNKVV, Jabalpur. The green toned circular emblem of the university has a motif of a farmer tilling the soil using cattle and plough placed over an open book signifying the knowledge, wisdom and education of agriculture. Below this its motto in Sanskrit ‘कृषि मूलम् जगत् सर्वम्’ meaning ‘Agriculture is the Root of the World’ is written. All these are ensconced in two circular borders, of which one carries its name and place in English and the outer one carries its name and place in Devanagari supported by a pair of wheat ears. The ears of wheat signifies prosperity, food, wealth and nourishment and the colour green signifies agriculture, nature, growth, balance, harmony, environment, prosperity, vitality, prestige, wealth and being very down to earth.

ONGC VIDESH LIMITED The emblem of ONGC Videsh Limited has the motif of ONGC in white placed on a blue square representing the sun and the earth. It depicts the image of a flowing petroleum oil well, which is vibrant, full of life and active all the time. The logo, the flow lines are open and the word ONGC VIDESH is written in Devanagari and English. The colour blue  signifies serenity, calmness, trust, spirituality, wisdom, freedom, openness, intelligence and loyalty.

AMITY UNIVERSITY RAJASTHAN The emblem of Amity University Rajasthan (AU R) has a shield divided into yellow and dark blue sections. The dark blue portion is a left to right upward sweeping stroke, bearing the name of the university. The yellow portion has a torch, the flame of which is written using its acronym. The shield has blue borderlines. The name and place of the university is written on the right side of the pictorial in classic serif font. The vignetted blue to cyan colour circular logo has a partial structure of atom on top and its acronyms in Devanagari and English. The motto of the institution is written along the circumference in Devanagari ‘राष्ट्र की सेवा में परमाणु’ meaning ‘Atoms in the Service of the Nation, above and below respectively in grey.
