The circular seal of School of Yoga Thrissur has a yogi sitting on a pink lotus with a rainbow coloured backdrop placed inside a circle. The circle is ensconced by a white border with brown outlines, on which its name and ‘Centre for Yoga Studies & Research’ are written. The lotus refers to purity, enlightenment, rebirth, transformation, personal growth, resilience, overcoming obstacles and divine beauty.

NATIONAL COUNCIL FOR TEACHER EDUCATION National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), as a statutory body of Government of India, came into existence in pursuance of the National Council for Teacher Education Act, 1993 on August 17, 1995. The emblem of NCTE has an abstract symbol which shows a pair of hands supporting a light or lotus bud held by a pair of strong hands symbolise, enabling the teachers in their profession. KUMAR BHASKAR VARMA SANSKRIT AND ANCIENT STUDIES UNIVERSITY  The Kumar Bhaskar Varma Sanskrit and Ancient Studies University was set up with a notification by the Government of Assam dated May 24, 2011. The emblem of the Universityhas its motto ‘सरस्वती श्रुतिमहताम महीयतम्’ (May the sayings of the wise be glorified) which is a quotation from Kalidasa, inscribed in it. The university has adopted a Kalidasean line meaning ‘May the Sayings of the Wise be Glorified’, as its motto.
