BHISHMA NARAIN SINGH LAW COLLEGE, PALAMU (BNS LAW COLLEGE) The emblem of Bhishma Narain Singh Law College, Palamu (BNS Law College) features a two pan beam balance supporting three six-pointed stars, surmounted by the name of the college in red and supported by a pair of green laurels. Below the seal, on a blue banner, the year of establishment of the college is written. The scales are the scales of justice representing fairness, balance and impartiality in the legal process; the laurels are a traditional symbol of victory, honour and academic achievement; the stars or hexagrams symbolise excellence, professionalism and guidance; the colour red symbolises energy, strength and authority; the green represents growth, stability and prosperity; and blue represents trust, intelligence and loyalty.
