PURNEA COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING (PCE) The circular emblem of Purnea College of Engineering (PCE) features a yellow circle inscribed with the motifs of a set of gear wheels, a laptop computer, a satellite dish antenna, a structural bridge and a power symbol representing the subject disciplines of science, engineering and technology. The circle is ensconced by a blue circular border inscribed with the name and place of the college. The colour yellow denotes happiness, energy, vitality, focus and creativity; and blue signifies serenity, calmness, trust, spirituality, wisdom, freedom, openness, intelligence and loyalty.
