POTTI SRIRAMULU COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING & TECHNOLOGY (PMSCR) The circular emblem of Potti Sriramulu College of Engineering & Technology (PMSCR) features a traditional lamp with five flames placed on an open book with glowing rays around and supported by its motto in Telugu ‘తేజస్వినావధీతమస్తు’ meaning meaning ‘Let our Study be Enlightening’. These are ensconced by a red circular border inscribed with the name and place of the college. The lamp symbolises light, illumination, awakening, devotion, purity, guidance, protection, hope and prosperity; the book refers to learning, education, knowledge, and wisdom; the rays of light denote divine presence, enlightenment, hope, and purification.
