LANKAPALLI BULLAYYA COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING (LBCE) The emblem of Dr. Lankapalli Bullayya College of Engineering (LBCE) features an open book supporting a rising sun with the name of the place of college placed in a circle ensconced by a circular border inscribed with the name of the managing Trust and the college. The book refers to education, knowledge, learning and wisdom; and the sun represents life, energy, power, positivity, illumination, light and clarity.
