The mortarboard hat or Oxford hat denotes educational achievement, equality, tradition and rights of passage; the women on the nodes of the network refers to unity and connectivity of women to further their growth; the airplane denotes science and technology; and the lamp symbolises light, illumination, awakening, devotion, purity, guidance, protection, hope and prosperity.
