Below the seal, on a banner, the name of the place and the year of establishment of the college are written. The book refers to learning, education, knowledge and wisdom; the image of Buddha refers to the managing trust of the college; and the gearwheel denotes interconnectedness, efficiency, precision, progress, advancement, synchronisation, timing, order and structure.
