GOVERNMENT ENGINEERING COLLEGE, SIWAN (GEC SIWAN) The emblem of Government Engineering College, Siwan (GEC Siwan) features a grey circle inscribed with the name and place of the college and the motifs of a computer, a chronograph, an electrical circuit, and other symbols. The motifs represent the different subject disciplines of engineering; and the colour grey signifies strength, longevity, unemotional, detached, balanced and impartial, power, influence, wisdom and intelligence.
