NBN SINHGAD TECHNICAL INSTITUTES CAMPUS (NBNSTIC) The oval-shaped emblem of NBN Sinhgad Technical Institutes Campus (NBNSTIC) features a pink silhouette motif of the Singhad Fort with black silhouette motifs of two persons shaking their hands, a person holding a globe with a human, a civil engineering surveyor and a person working with a computer. Below the seal, on a yellow banner, the motto of the college in Sanskrit ‘तमसो मा ज्योतिर्गमय’ (Yajnavalkya, 1.3.28, Pavamana Mantra, Brihadaranyaka Upanishad) meaning ‘From Darkness Lead Me to Light’ is inscribed. The person with a globe and human denotes responsibility, stewardship, protection, and the interconnectedness of humanity; and the other motifs refer to the subject disciplines of engineering.
