CAUSSANEL COLLEGE OF ARTS AND SCIENCE (CAUSSANEL COLLEGE) The cyan shield-shaped emblem of Caussanel College of Arts and Science (Caussanel College) features an open book, a cross and a red heart in a white circle circumscribed by the name of the college. The motto of the college ‘The Wise Shall Inherit Glory’ and a stripe of 12 stars surmounts the circle. A pair of laurels support the shield. The shield denotes protection, courage, heritage, authority and bravery; the book refers to knowledge, education, learning and wisdom; the cross represents crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus Christ in Christianity, symbolising ultimate sacrifice, divine love, and redemption; the heart deep symbolises love, romantic passion, affection, and strong positive sentiments; the laurels are are symbols of ceremonies, victory, achievement, hard work and dedication; and the stripe of stars represent the ideals of unity, solidarity, and harmony.
