BHARATH INSTITUTE OF EDUCATION FOR WOMEN (BIEW) The emblem of Bharath Institute of Education for Women (BIEW) features a blue shield housing the motif of an open book, its initials ‘BIE’ and the name of the college. The motto of the college ‘Educate Engage Empower’ is inscribed on a blue banner placed below the shield. The shield denotes protection, courage, heritage, authority and bravery; and the book refers to knowledge, education, learning and wisdom.
