SAGI RAMAKRISHNAM RAJU ENGINEERING COLLEGE (SRREC) The emblem of Sagi Ramakrishnam Raju Engineering College (SRREC) features a waterdam, a set of machining tools, a transmission tower and an electrical tower placed in an orange circle ensconced by a blue border inscribed with the name and place of the college. Below the seal, on a cyan banner, its motto ‘విర్మియా అపతే మృడమ్,’ (Yajnavalkya, 1.3.28, Pavamana Mantra, Brihadaranyaka Upanishad) meaning ‘From Darkness Lead Me to Light’ is inscribed. At the bottom,the year of establishment of the college is written. The motifs in the circle symbolise the different subject disciplines of engineering.
