BASELIOS MATHEWS II COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING (BMCE) The orange circular seal of Baselios Mathews Ii College of Engineering (BMCE) features a shield housing the motifs of an open book, a christian religious symbol, a structure of an atom supporting a flame. The shield is surmounted by a banner inscribed with the tagline of the college ‘My Lord and My God’. This assemblage is ensconced by a circular border inscribed with the name and place of the college. The book refers to learning, education, knowledge and wisdom; the religious symbol refers to divine blessings, guidance and benevolence; the atom refers to science and engineering; the flame is an emblem of enlightenment, hope, life, truth and the regenerative power; and the shield denotes protection, courage, heritage, authority and bravery.
