CHANDRA CHELLAPPAN COLLEGE OF EDUCATION (CCCOE) The emblem of Chandra Chellappan College of Education (CCCOE) features a monogram of its initials ‘CCCOE” surmounted by an yellow ochre circular border, supported by a tip of a pencil with wings. The name of the school is written atop the seal and the motto of the college ‘Create Capability’ and its year of establishment are written at the bottom. The monogram is depicted as a rising sun representing life, energy, power, positivity, illumination, light and clarity; the pencil with wings symbolises the freedom of imagination, creative writing, and artistic inspiration, representing ideas that take flight.
