The shield is surmounted by a banner inscribed with its tagline ‘Arise! Shine!’ and supported by a banner inscribed with the name and place of the college. The shield denotes protection, courage, heritage, authority and bravery; the book symbolises knowledge, learning, education, and wisdom; the pen symbolises freedom, intelligence, creativity, professionalism, determination and diligence; and the lighthouse symbolises hope, guidance, safety, and resilience, acting as a steadfast beacon through darkness and storms, representing a safe harbor, steady direction, and inner spiritual light or consciousness that helps navigate life's challenges and find the right path.
