GOVERNMENT ARTS AND SCIENCE COLLEGE, THIRUPATTUR (GASCTPT) The emblem of Government Arts and Science College, Thirupattur (GASCTPT) features the main elements of the State Emblem of Tamilnadu along with the motifs of a computer, a transmission tower, a laboratory flask and a globe, ensconced by a green circular border inscribed with the name and place of the college. Below the seal, on a golden banner, the name of the college is written in Tamil. A mortarboard hat or Oxford hat denoting educational achievement, equality, tradition and rights of passage is placed at the left bottom of the logo. The motifs refer to education, science, technology and spread of knowledge.
