BEST COLLEGE OF EDUCATION (BCE) The red and blue shield-shaped emblem of Best College of Education (BCE) houses the motifs of a glowing sun with an open book, a gearwheel with an open book and a star, and the letters ‘B’ and ‘E’. A pair of peacocks sit atop the shield along with a partial globe. On a banner placed below the shield the name of the college is written. The shield denotes protection, courage, heritage, authority and bravery; the sun refers to represents life, energy, power, positivity, illumination, light and clarity; the books refer to knowledge, education, learning and wisdom; the gearwheel refers to science, engineering and technology; the globe denotes education, knowledge, influence, timelessness, global unity and interconnectedness; and the peacocks symbolise regrowth, rejuvenation, royalty, respect, honour, integrity, beauty, love and passion.
