NSS COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING, PALAKKAD (NSSCE) he emblem of NSS College of Engineering, Palakkad (NSSCE) features a traditional lamp placed on a eight petalled lotus spread, circumscribed by its name, ensconced by a gearwheel and crested by a pair of laurels holding the monogram of ‘NSS’ and a crossed motifs of a sword and a hoe, and supported by a banner inscribed with its motto in Sanskrit ‘उद्धरेदात्मनात्मानं’ (Verse 5, Chapter 6, Bhagavad Gita) meaning ‘Elevate Yourself Through the Power of Your Mind’.
