APUJI MEMORIAL COLLEGE OF EDUCATION (BMCE) The emblem of Bapuji Memorial College of Education (BMCE) features a portrait of Mahatma Gandhi ensconced by a gearwheel inscribed with the name and place of the college. The wheel is supported by a banner inscribed with the motto of the college ‘Awake & Arise’. Mahatma Gandhi symbolises non-violence, self-reliance, and austerity; and the gearwheel technology, engineering, interconnectedness, efficiency, precision, progress, advancement, synchronisation, timing, order and structure.
