(CB Panchkula) features a handshake supported by a rainbow coloured flag with a glowing sun forming the background. This circular motif is circumscribed by its name and supported by a pair of laurels on sides. The handshake refers to goodwill, agreement, or farewell, representing trust, respect, and equality; the rainbow flag refers to the multicultural background of its beneficiaries; the sun refers to life, energy, power, positivity, illumination, light and clarity; and the laurels refer to  ceremonies, victory, achievement, hard work and dedication.
