RAJIV GANDHI INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY (RGIT) The logo of Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology (RGIT) features four stylised arrows in yellow ochre, red, green and black pointing outwards from centre in different directions forming the shape of square is supported by the name of the college and its place in black sans-serif. The assemblage is surmounted and supported by four-colour lines. The outward pointing nature of the shapes suggests movement and advancement towards growth and progress. The different directions represent the diverse fields of study and disciplines offered at the institute. While pointing outwards, the shapes are integrated into a single, cohesive design, symbolising the interconnectedness of knowledge or the collaborative spirit within the institution. Arrows often convey a sense of dynamism and looking towards the future.

RAJIV GANDHI INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY (RIT) The circular seal of Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology (RIT) represents knowledge and its application for the betterment of society. The core of the emblem features a stylised representation of a gear or cogwheel, which symbolizes technology and engineering. The inner square with its four divisions represents different branches or disciplines within technology and engineering education offered by the institute. The motto inscribed at the bottom in Sanskrit, ‘भूतये प्रभवतु सांकेतिकविद्या’, translates to ‘Let Technology lead to prosperity’.
