SAGAR INSTITUTE OF RESEARCH & TECHNOLOGY, BHOPAL (SIRT) The emblem of Sagar Institute of Research & Technology, Bhopal (SIRT) features a red fleur-de-lis or trident Shape placed in the counter of a yellow circle inscribed with the name of the college. The fleur is inscribed with the motifs of a satellite, a computer and a dish antenna and the letter ‘श्री’ and the initials of the college ‘SIRT’. Below the circle, on a yellow banner the motto of the college in Sanskrit ‘योगः कर्मसु कौशलम्’ (Verse 50, Chapter 2, Bhagavad Gita) meaning ‘Yoga is Skill in Action’ is inscribed. The fleur-de-lis or trident is a traditional motif symbolising growth, strength and the core pillars of the academy: Education, Research, and Innovation.
