TSSM'S BHIVARABAI SAWANT COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING AND RESEARCH, NARHE (TSSM BSCOER) The emblem of TSSM's Bhivarabai Sawant College of Engineering and Research, Narhe (TSSM BSCOER) features a shield housing an open book inscribed with the motifs of a computer, a gearwheel, a set of buildings, an electrical transmission tower and a satellite dish antenna and the initials of the college ‘TSSM’. The shield is ensconced by a light blue circular border inscribed with the name and place. Below the seal, on a banner, the motto of the college in Sanskrit ‘तंत्रज्ञानात आत्मोन्नती’ meaning ‘Advancement Through Technology’ is inscribed. The shield denotes protection, courage, heritage, authority and bravery; the book denotes knowledge, education, learning and wisdom; and the other motifs refer to the subject disciplines of engineering and technology.
