SHIVALIK COLLEGE OF EDUCATION, UDHAMPUR (SCE UDHAMPUR) The emblem of Shivalik College of Education, Udhampur (SCE Udhampur) features a yellow circle with a red shield inscribed with the motifs of a flaming torch, a scroll, a mortarboard hat, flowing waters and rising sun over a blue sky. The shield is supported by a pair of twigs with red flowers on sides, the name of the university and the name of the place. The assemblage is placed within a blue banner inscribed with the name of the college. An orange banner inscribed with the motto of the college in Sanskrit ‘विद्या ददाति विनयम’ (Narayan Pandit, 6, Hitopadesha), which translates to ‘Education Makes one Humble’ is placed at the bottom.
