GOVERNMENT DEGREE COLLEGE, DRASS (GDC DRASS) The emblem of Government Degree College, Drass (GDC Drass) features a blue circle with green and yellow peaks of mountains of Himalayan landscape of Drass with five stars placed on the left. A brown banner placed below the mountains is inscribed with the name and place of the college. The year of establishment of the college and its motto in Arabic ‘وَقُلْ رَبِّ زِدْنِي عِلْمًا’ (Surah Taha, Quran), which translates to ‘And Say, My Lord, Increase Me in Knowledge’. The arc of five stars represents excellence, growth and the aspirations of the student community.
