E.S ARTS AND SCIENCE COLLEGE (ESASC) The blue colour emblem of E.S Arts and Science College (ESASC) features a shield inscribed with ‘ES’ and housing the motifs of an open book and a burning flame, a boy and a girl with mortarboard hats, a globe and a medal with ribbon. The shield denotes protection, courage, heritage, authority and bravery; the book refers to education, knowledge, learning and wisdom; the flame symbolises light, illumination, awakening, devotion, purity, guidance, protection, hope and prosperity; the students with mortarboard hat or or Oxford hat denote educational achievement, equality, tradition and rights of passage; the globe refers to education, knowledge, influence, timelessness, global unity and interconnectedness; and the medal refers to achievement, success and victory.
