BRILLIANT COLLEGE OF EDUCATION (BCE) The emblem of Brilliant College of Education (BCE) features an open book supporting a traditional lamp ensconced by a circular border inscribed with the name of the college. The seal is supported by a banner inscribed with the motto of the college ‘Educate Elevate Empower’. The book refers otknowledge, education, learning and wisdom; and the lamp symbolises light, illumination, awakening, devotion, purity, guidance, protection, hope and prosperity.
