SJB INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY (SJBIT) The emblem of SJB Institute of Technology (SJBIT) features a red sun with yellow rays, a trishul, a peacock, plumage of peacock supported a yellow banner inscribed with the initials of the college ‘SJBIT’ ensconced by an orange circular border inscribed with the name of the college and its place. Below the seal ‘SJBIT’ is written in orange. The motifs in unity symbolise strength and gentleness, pride and humility and the sustenance of life and growth. The peacock with its plumage of vibrant and deep shades of Lord Krishna’s rich greenish-blue expresses space and endless opportunities. The diversity of colours meshed together in its beautiful feathers denote the diversity of the nation living in harmonious coexistence. The splendid feathers lie in its tail with ‘eye like’ spots conveying its vigilance and alertness in the true pursuit of learning.
