BHOPAL INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY AND SCIENCE, BHOPAL (BITS BHOPAL) The emblem of Bhopal Institute of Technology and Science, Bhopal (BITS Bhopal)features a gearwheel housing the motifs of a transistor, a micro processor, an integrated circuit and a laptop computer. The gearwheel is surmounted by a red circular banner inscribed with the name of the college and supported by a red ribbon inscribed with the words ‘BIST, Bhopal’. The gearwheel denotes technology, engineering, interconnectedness, efficiency, precision, progress, advancement, synchronisation, timing, order and structure; and the other elements symbolises advanced electronics and communication engineering and technology.
