SRINIVASA RAMANUJAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY (SRIT) The pictorial emblem of Srinivasa Ramanujan Institute of Technology (SRIT) features an orange circle over which a black bird flies with its wings spread. Its initials are written below the circle on a white and orange banner and its motto ‘Empowering Knowledge’ is placed at the bottom. The orange circle refers to the sun symbolising life, energy, power, positivity, illumination, light and clarity; the flying bird refers to divinity, freedom, liberation, and transcendence.
