The tagline of the college ‘Transforming Lives’ is written on a green banner. The butterfly symbolises transformation, rebirth, and hope, often representing the journey from a difficult past to a more beautiful future. They also symbolises freedom, endurance, and the soul, and are associated with joy, lightness, and new beginnings across many cultures.

CAUVERY INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY (CIT) The yellow circular emblem of Cauvery Institute of Technology (CIT) features a pair of hands in green colour holding the motifs of an open book, a crane, a building, a pair of cooling towers, a set of gearwheels, surveying equipment, a compass and the image of Goddess Cauvery. The motifs refer to the subject disciplines of engineering education being ably supported by the college. The name of the college surmounts the circle and its motto in Kannada ‘ಕತ್ತಲಿನಿಂದ ಬೆಳಕಿನೆಡೆಗೆ’ (Yajnavalkya, 1.3.28, Pavamana Mantra, Brihadaranyaka Upanishad) meaning ‘From Darkness Lead Me to Light’ inscribed on a banner placed at the bottom.

CHANNABASAVESHWARA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY (CIT) The logo of Channabasaveshwara Institute of Technology (CIT) features a blue shield housing the rays of sun with its initials written in red on the right and ensconced by a red rectangular outline. Below the assemblage, the tagline of the college ‘Partnering Academic Excellence’ is written in blue italics. The shield denotes protection, courage, heritage, authority and bravery; and the rays of the sun symbolises life, energy, power, positivity, illumination, light and clarity.

COORG INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY (CIT) The emblem of Coorg Institute of Technology (CIT) features a traditional lamp supported by an open book at the bottom and a pair of coffee stems with red coffee fruits on the sides and its initials, and its year of establishment placed on a blue circle ensconced by a yellow circular border inscribed with the name of the college. Below the seal, the name of the managing trust of the college on a red banner. The lamp symbolises light, illumination, awakening, devotion, purity, guidance, protection, hope and prosperity; the book refers to learning, education, knowledge and wisdom; and the coffee stems refer to the major produce of the Coorg region.

CAMBRIDGE INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY (CIT) The emblem of Cambridge Institute of Technology (CIT) features a shield inscribed with the letter ‘C’ placed in a structure with pillars and dome, supported by a pair of lions, and surmounted by a rising sun, and its tagline ‘Bridge to the Future’. The name and status of the college is written below the pictorial. The shield denotes protection, courage, heritage, authority and bravery; the facade refers to the gateway to enlightenment through learning; the sun refers to life, energy, power, positivity, illumination, light and clarity; and the supporting lions symbolise heritage, strength, courage and protection.

COIMBATORE INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY The circular emblem of Coimbatore Institute of Technology (CIT) features a maroon circle housing the motif of an atom being hit with a tool and hammer, supported by a red banner inscribed with its motto ‘Nature in the Service of Man’ placed on a yellow circle. This is ensconced by a white outline and blue border inscribed with its name in white. This assemblage is placed on a white scalloped circle with a red circular border. The central motif refers to applying technology to the benefit of humankind. The colour yellow symbolises enlightenment, knowledge, and optimism associated with education.; the colour red symbolises energy, strength, and passion for progress. and blue symbolises stability, trust, and intelligence.
