MANNAI RAJAGOPALASAMY GOVERNMENT ARTS COLLEGE, MANNARGUDI (MRGAC) The emblem of Mannai Rajagopalasamy Government Arts College, Mannargudi (MRGAC) features a circle housing the motifs of a white lotus supporting an open book, a human throwing a discus and a traditional lamp ensconced by a yellow circular border inscribed with the name and place of the college. The seal is supported by a pair of laurels and a yellow banner inscribed with the motto of the college in Tamil ‘கற்றனைத்தூறும் அறிவு’ (Thiruvalluvar, 396, Thirukkural) meaning ‘Knowledge Grows As Much As One Learns’.
