SRI SUBRAMANIASWAMY GOVERNMENT ARTS COLLEGE (SSGAC) The emblem of Sri Subramaniaswamy Government Arts College (SSGAC) features a shield housing the image of Arulmigu Subramanyaswamy Temple, Malaikoil of Tiruttani and motifs of ‘kuthuvilakku’ (a traditional lamp), a pair of hockey sticks and lotus ensconced by a border inscribed with the motto of the college in Tamil ‘அறிவே அரண்’ and ‘Knowledge is Power’.
