TAMILNADU CYCLING LEAGUE The orangish logo of Tamilnadu Cycling League (TCL) features a monogram of ‘TCL’ in extra bold sans serif capitals with a pair of cyclists cresting the letter ‘C’ and the letter itself is placed over the map of the State of Tamilnadu. The name of the Association is placed below the logo.
