PUNE DISTRICT EDUCATION ASSOCIATION'S COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING (PDEACOEM) The circular emblem of Pune District Education Association's College of Engineering (PDEACOEM) features a blue hand supporting a rising sun over an orange leaf with the initials of the managing body written below along with full name. The motto of the college in Marathi ‘बहुजन हिताय, बहुजन सुखाय’, translates to ‘For The Welfare of the Many, For the Happiness of the Many’ is inscribed above the motif. The assemblage is ensconced by a black circle. The leaf denotes fertility, growth, hope, and renewal, but also change, mortality, and wisdom; the rising sun symbolises life, energy, power, positivity, illumination, light and clarity; and the blue hand denotes trust, reliability, calmness, support, and protection.
